This issue is probably new-to-Forza in FM, as I don’t recall seeing it prior to this title, and it doesn’t appear in FH3 where the FC RX-7 was brought back from FM4. All layers placed on side doors of this car appear positioned incorrectly. Applying any body customization does not fix this issue. Considering the model is inaccurate (I’m yet to make a report), the best solution would be to fully rescan it, but adjusting the mapping would be sufficient for now.
