This issue has persisted since as far back as Forza Motorsport 5, but it could’ve appeared in an earlier title considering that the Delta model hasn’t been modified since Motorsport 1.
New or “”“new”“” cars should never have any major modeling issues, yet in this update we’ve recieved 4 returning pre-XOne era models.
Is this car (stock) supposed to sound like a geiger counter every time you shift? It’s most apparent in chase view.
I don’t think any kind of burble/backfire is supposed to be aggressive when it’s stock.
I’d like to put a better example.
In Gran Turismo Sport, the Lancia Delta’s model is the highest quality and spot on. Its model received a minor update in GT7, where Polyphony Digital added Radiator details through the front grilles, if you notice closely. And the front axle isn’t misaligned there, which is great.
Its headlights in GT is different, because it’s represented as a 1991 pre-facelift.

So it’s been updated mid-game? If so, then it may be possible for this game too.
That car model is inaccurate and absolutely outdated. Shouldn’t be in this game in the first place in that condition. But what is FM 2023 good at in terms of its vehicle visuals and audio?
Will be reporting for FH car model soon after I examine it.
