I’ve seen something similar to this after applying the rollcage upgrade - it is fine until you do that, but afterwards it screws up the in-car view. Mine is a bit different though.

Bug Info: Career Mode, Premium Performance series. Aston Martin V12 Vantage S, Road America. Dashboard missing textures, it starts below the steering wheel and gets worse until the glovebox is missing and you can see the track through the car.
