During the Indycar series in career mode, when I went to load a saved tune, it will work right up to the “saving” screen, and then it hangs there, forcing me to quit the game and restart. Happened on every track I tried it on (Sonoma, Indy oval, Road America and Watkins, IIRC). I could tune manually in career and save it, I can load the same tunes in free play, multiplayer or the garage, it’s just the career and I’ve only noticed it in the one series (although I don’t really tune much for most of the other series).
