I am having the same issue, completed all the series, did not receive the lambo, now i cant finish the last race… come on turn 10. how hard is it…

I just completed the featured Ringer Tour and was excited to try the Cayman GT4 RS, but I can’t find the car in my garage. I finished all 4 series with gold medals, but the “Ringer Tour” panel on the left side only shows 3 trophies. I tried starting the reward showcase but a message popped up to inform me that the Cayman GT4 RS isn’t in my garage. Am I missing something or is this a bug with the tour itself?
Update: while the issue with the Ringer Tour isn’t fixed, the Forza Support team quickly responded to my support ticket and gifted me the GT4 RS based on the evidence I provided.
For everyone running into this issue, I suggest you open a support ticket , briefly describe the issue, and, most importantly, provide a video of the issue (for context, here’s the video I provided: Ringer Tour Reward Issue )

Same thing here. Tried a reset and still no reward.
Out of curiosity, I replayed the last series to see if it would change anything. The Ringer Tour panel now correctly displays 4 trophies, but I’m still not getting the GT4 RS as a reward.

Same here… restsrted the porsche races twice… now im going to race it for the 3rd time… also hard reboot of the console didn’t helped…

I’ve done all the resets other than uninstalling the game and still nothing. I opened a ticket with Forza Motorsport. Hopefully this gets resolved.

I have the same problem but with the previous series reward (#1 Porsche 911). I got gold in all 4 championships but the panel on the left showed 3 cups, just like your picture. I too replayed the first championship, which gave me 4 cups. But still no unlock of the FOMO “reward”. I started on the second championship because it helps to level up the car, but after 3 races I’ve become bored with the paint job so downloaded a livery. That took about a minute, whereas in Forza Horizon 1 it was instant (so you could see if you liked it before saving). Now it takes ages and you have to go through several menus just to view it. So I did all that and then the game crashed. Not for the first time either. Pretty pathetic really.

I’m unable to claim the #1 Porsche 911 in the exact same circumstances. Someone has put in a ticket about the Ringer Tour not giving its reward too, so it’s clearly an ongoing problem but with arbitrary effect.

I also submitted a ticket last week. I haven’t heard anything back yet.
I’m curious to know if this is a universal bug, or if some people managed to get the reward car.
It would really suck to not get this exclusive car due to a glitch. Ultimate FOMO.

Just finished the 911 event today and got the gt4RS and able to do the 1 lap of the ring event in it

I also submitted a ticket and the support team followed up on it asking for a video of the issue. I submitted the video on Friday, I’ll keep you posted when I hear back from them!

I submitted a ticket for not getting the Pagani in the first series, also with no reply apart from the generic “we have received your blah blah and we are looking into blah blah”.

Hey guys! Im having the same problem with the last ringer tour. It wont give me the Cayman GT4RS. No car means I cant complete the tour. But it’s very odd because I was able to get the 76 Porsche 911 RSR on the Class Tour.
So did you ever get the Pagani? Did you have to do the series again? Or are you still waiting for a response with a resolution?
You would think that they know whether or not the series was completed, then just simply give you the car.
