Strange one. Like the title says, whenever I’m on any car select select menu, most of the cars don’t appear to have any upgrades fitted such as custom rims, body kits, even down to the red brake calipers. Example is the Focus ST, I have a set of Momo wheels fitted and upgraded brakes, but the image in the car select menu, it looks like it has the standard wheels and brakes fitted. Similar with duplicate cars, both have custom wheels, one image will have standard wheels, the other custom. I’m at a bit of a loss, anyone else got this?
This is a known issue. You can force the game to update the thumbnail by repainting it. You can reapply a custom livery or just repaint it in the stock color. If you install your upgrades before you do any paint or vinyl work, it will display correctly. I hope this helps!
I know this is probably nitpicking but when I view all of my cars in the garage the models don’t match up consistently with how they are really upgraded. If I have a VW bug with aftermarket rims they don’t show up on the car model but right next to it with the VW van the upgraded rims are depicted. This happens with most of my cars and there is really no rhyme or reason why some upgrades show up and others don’t. Another example is a body kit thats on a Ford Raptor but when I remove it the car model still shows its on.
Like I said this is just a bug that kinda irritates me when I’m scrolling through the garage comparing my cars. Any way we could patch this…?
