Over the past year I’ve purchased Forza Horizon 2 and all the add-ons for the XO, including the car pass at some point, all while never really playing the game. I had only reached level 4 or 5 or so in my SP game, from memory.
When I started to get into the game during the past week, I realized something was not quite right. I had 3 gifted Lambo’s (Huricans) with 3 different Liveries in my “My Cars” area, and then I realized that all the free cars from the DLC I was supposed to have access to were available, but all at market prices, none of them were marked as “free”. Well, the last pack I purchased (Porsche) all its cars were FREE…even the Ferrari Marinello (sp) which is free from a previous car pack is listed as 130k credits or whatever it’s actual price is. Long story short, I think the game was thinking it had given all of these cars to me before.
So with the update that came out for the XO yesterday, I decided to delete it all and start over. I deleted the PROFILE CONTENT from both the Cloud and my own Install. then I deleted all the Horizon 2 content. The I unplugged the xbox for 2 minutes or so.
When I did the dashboard update, I installed the game…which wanted a 4.8gb patch, I let it all install, then I let it install ALL the content I had access to, including the one-off free cars I’d downloaded before buying the Season Pass, etc.
Same Problem. I have no access to all my DLC cars, they are all $$$ and none are listed as FREE. I’ve never tried any of them, so I’m understandably annoyed that I can’t simply start over and correct for all of this simply, not sure why this requires me to go to a forum or scour the internet, where’s the “Pull the Ripcord” button when you need it.

YES, I have already completed the first championship (using the Camaro SS) and have access to the Marketplace and Garage. Storm Island is installed but not yet unlocked in my new ‘brand new start over’ game.
