I was very hopeful with motorsport 8 show until these xbox 360 gremlins popped up. I literally can’t understand how in "built from ground up„ car game we are forced to look at these old crap deformed monsters from the past. Even mobile games have more accurate models. My biggest fears are silvia s15, skyline r32, ae86, subaru 22b sti and bmw m3 e30. If they don’t remodel these cars all hope for this game is gone.
Edit - They HAVE TO remodel all inaccurate models.
Including the Golf IV R32, which had the most inaccuracies from the original Xbox console. It looked like a friggin BOX ON WHEELS and I will die in fear if they don’t rescan it.
Civic Type R (EP) - Right wheels are narrow, Left wheels are wide, and the rear Honda badge of the car isn’t red.
Skyline R32 - Headlights are bigger than the real car, front wheels are not centered, front bumper is longer than the real one.
Skyline R34 - Track width on the front wheels are too wide. Unlike the real car, it’s narrowed. Also, the “GT” badge on the fenders is too small unlike the real car.
AE86 - Pop-up headlights does not match with the real counterpart, steering wheel looks smaller, also has painting issues on the front bumper.
22B STI - Front Bumper does not match with the real counterpart.
Golf IV R32 - Incorrect bodyshape model, rear end looks boxed rather than round on the real car, front wheels are not centered.
Silvia S15 - Incorrect bodyshape model, missing fog lights on front bumper, rear looks droopy unlike the real car.
190E Evo II - Incorrect proportions, as well as the Passenger side mirror. Not matching like the real car.
I want all of them to be fully rescanned for the next-gen of Forza. Otherwise, it’ll be much worse like hell if they upscaled outdated car models instead. Therefore, they should be removed from Forza Motorsport 2023 to rework on these cars to get the best model quality possible. And if anyone’s crying why they get removed, go cry about it or let me tell you why they get removed in purpose.
Yeah, like they took shortcuts rather than listening what to do right. There’s no shortcuts to success.
