Can't use my Fiat X1/9 online

Today, I bought a Fiat X1/9 and built it up to D class to use in multiplayer. However, when I went into the D class, I found out that I couldn’t use it.

Anyone know why I can’t use it? I’m guessing the Fiat has the same glitchiness as the 1965 Mini Cooper (where it’s too OP), but does anyone else have an idea?

Yes, I’m aware that there’s hundreds of other cars available, but I really wanted to use it because my uncle used to have an X1/9 in real life, so that car has grown on me sentimentally.
