The E-Ray since the the Apex Allstars update has been an autoshow car, but you can’t still sell the E-Ray you get by playing FM2023
This is no issue but expected behaviour:
Wether you can sell or gift a car is bound to the very car itself - not to the car type.
So you can sell / gift any car you bought from Autoshow (or a car which has been gifted to you by other players) but not cars which have been gifted to you by the game.
