Since some day the Game getting any further then the “press any button” screen. After I pressed enter or A on the controller it just say"LOAD FAILED (AN UNKNOWN ERROR OCCURRED. PLEASE TRY AGAIN LATER)" :confused: anyone any idea?

Another day another i can’t get past the splash screen thread!
The following may help depending on platform;

Xbox

Hard reset
Check save files for corruption
Check install files for corruption

PC

Clear windows store cache
Reset windows store
Windows store install is running
Drive you’re running install from is not changed
WIN + R → services.msc
Windows PushToInstallService → right click → start

Error indicates that you wont have required privileges to install the application to that particular system drive. Right-click on the application(.exe) file and select Run as administrator installing the same. Do follow the below mentioned steps and heck if it helps.

Method 1:

Open the properties of the main User Profile folder where the files are located (such as Documents, Pictures, etc.). You can open the properties of a particular folder by Right-clicking on it and select Properties from context menu.

Go to the Security tab and click Advanced. Check the box at the bottom of this window. It is labeled “Replace all child object permissions with inheritable permissions from this object” and then click Ok.

This does a one-time action that replaces the security on all the files/subfolders. It’s one-time, so you won’t find that box checked if you peek at it later. Please let us know if it’s working

Method 2:

  • Press Windows Key + R, type netplwiz

  • Click and highlight the User profile, which you want to make administrator

  • Click on Properties, then select the Group Membership tab

  • Select the Administrator, Click apply/ok

That may be a lot but at this point it’s laughable that they are still causing players like you, paying customers, so much trouble just running the game.
I don’t suffer problems like this although i do suffer others. Hopefully something in this post will help you.

luckily i met this problem in forza horizon 3 before i pre-order horizon 4 not going to buy their game ever its so trash keeps disconnecting and say load failed i can even save my game
