Can't load my own tunes Forza 7

Hi can any one help
Just bought Forza 7
Have tuned a car for a class but having serious issues
To the point I’m about to get rid of this game.

  1. Can’t load any of my own tunes to my car.
  2. Always shows red exclamation marks instead of stats and always says e class even though tuned to a class
  3. About to give up on this game

Bugs in the saving/loading. Its known i believe. And stiil happing after like 4 updates now

OMG, this still exists? I had the same just yesterday!!! Is there a workaround or a way to retrieve the tunes?

Slight hijack but related to the subject and I don’t want to start a new thread. Should it say tuned by: Rusty McSteele when I use my own tunes online. Now it says “not available” when I use my own civic tune in leagues.

Same here. … But was like that in FM6 leagues.

Regarding the tunes saving. Had an issue uploading tunes for certain cars. Would display it as E100 whatever the class. The only workaround i found was to write down the build and tune manually, then sell the car. Then buy another one and build and tune it to your written notes. Seemed to work, hope that helps.

I have also had this with a few of my own tunes. I lost my entire game save as well. T10 credited me my garage value. I started to go back and buy all the cars that I had. (I keep track of them on my shared spreadsheet.) As I was buying them, I would download my tunes to them. Well, I have a few where it just has the orange triangle in every data field and cannot download my own work. In my continued talks with T10 via email along with a VOD of a stream on Mixer where someone else was trying to download the tune so that they could have an example of how and what is going on I have since NOT heard back from them.

There is a downloadable open source tune sheet on here somewhere. Think i might take advantage of that just in case the worst happens.

Not sure i have too much faith in this game as far as tune saves go.

yep there is , and since i started not being able to save my tunes with out them looking like this:

i have been sharing my tunes with it , i do hope that T10 will find the cause of the issue soon , because there are a bunch of people having this issue

I have never seen this issue acknowledged or addressed by anyone from Turn 10 in the support forums. Numerous posts to the fact that saving your tune seems to be a lottery at best. Now it has come to the point that every car I buy , make a build and a tune then try to save it but NO DICE. This issue needs addressed ASAP. Making a build and tuning your own cars is a fundamental part of this game , and basically any racing game for that matter. To my knowledge this issue of corrupted tune saves dates all the way back to Horizon 2. Really sad when you think about it.

P.S. Buying a new car to reverse the corrupted tune save no longer works either, as I was doing this before. Any new tips or workarounds would be greatly appreciated as I highly doubt TURN 10 will ever fix this.

I’ve had a few issues where when this occurs I’ve tried things like renaming them and then re-saving them and it freezes the game with a weird buzzing noise. Restarting the xbox and go in and try to rename and resave and does it again over and over. You have to sell the car and make a new one from scratch in order for it to stop showing triangles in the cloud.

I just re-tuned the cars that this happened to as there has been no explanation for the issue and there does not appear to be a solution. Unless T10 & team says different, I suggest that you just make another tune.
