Tunes Not Saving Properly

Perhaps I’m just missing a step, but I’m having this issue when saving my tunes. The tunes don’t show up with any kind of stats, and I’m unable to apply them to my car. The only thing it will let me do is delete them. Tunes from other players work just fine. Is this a known issue? Is there a workaround? Am I just doing something wrong?

Update on this: saving & sharing a tune just straight-up crashes the game.
