yes, about half the time I log in there are these connection problems - restarting usually helps though not always
Over a year ive not been able to access Horizon Life, Auction Houae, Car Tunes and liveries. I can play online with friends and random convoys but i cant access Horizon life features, theres been at least half a dozen updates since the problem began and cant even use my 3 free car tickets i actually bought
ah and playlist not working or my mail or club help???
