Can't get the game to work

Hello,

I know that this is not the right forum to post this, but when I open Community Support - it does not really give me the proper answer.

Just hoping that somebody has experienced of the same.

So, I downloaded the game today. When I click on the app to open, it automatically closes in like a split second.

Initially, WindowsApps folder on my D:\ (second drive; where I installed the game) was stating “You have been denied permission to access this folder. To gain access to this folder you will need to use the security tab” - in which I have fixed and have full access. I thought this would fix the issue. However, even after this, restarting the PC and resetting the game. It is still the same.

Forza Horizon 4 never opened at all. See the photos attached.
By the time I open the application, in a split second it will close.
Just had a fresh install of the whole OS too. My other games, such as PUBG runs without any issues at all.

  1. MIN SYSTEM REQ: My PC specs are: Windows 10, 16GB RAM, i5-9600k, RTX2070. So I have definitely met the minimum requirements.
  2. SOFTWARE: Disabled ALL as said. Most of it, I dont even have it.
  3. Windows updated to most recent.
  4. Microsoft Store and UWP game reset: Did a reset of it.
  5. Administrator Account: I am the admin.
  6. I have downloaded a free app off Microsoft store, played with it with no issues. Re-opened Forza Horizon again with the same problem.

Please help.
