(PC issue) "This app can't open. Check the Windows Store for more info about Forza Horizon 4."

I payed £50 for this game and waited countless hours for it to install to get this pop up on launch. Please help.

Edit - I uninstalled the game and then reinstalled and the problem persists. Please help.
