Hello , once again microsoft store dont work !
I download the 7.5Go update , FH4 work but when i launch the teleportation for Fortune Island it tell me to download it on the store
So i click on download , and after 20 sec here is the magic word : “ERROR” ! YAY
Code : 0x803FB005 as usual !

I just restart my pc and now the game dont work anymore , have the FH4 image for 1 sec then the game go away … seriously

i have the exact same problem
in the store fortune island appears as installed but when i went to the fortune island teleport it prompted me to download
cant download, get the same error and now i cant even launch the game

Same problem. I have FH4 UE, installed and working, yet the store errors out when trying to install Fortune Island. I was on the phone with MS Tech support for 20 minutes yesterday, and then let them remotely take control of my PC so they could try and solve it. 30 minutes later the game up and promised to have a higher level tech call back on Sunday to try again.
The level one tech tried using wsreset to reinit the store, using powershell to install the DLC, and clearing my credentials in the store before downloading- all things I tried myself before calling.
So then last night I uninstalled everything and reinstalled everything. 80 GB later, Fortune Island still would not install. Argh.
I can play it on my xb one, but it looks like crap vs PC. Horizon is a great game, but MS is giving me buyer’s remorse anyway. I wish they would use Steam till they get their own act in order. They’d make up the 30% cut Steam gets from new buyers scared to use their horrible platform.
Same for me, I’m really bothered about his, I just feel like I was scam by Microsoft once again.
Oh it’s no scam, and it’s nothing to do with the team that makes Forza, but their online store is crap. They are hurting their own brand by pretending this is okay. IMO they should offer some alternative delivery mechanism till they get this fixed, Blaming the consumer is BS. This just does not happen on steam, which is why it’s ubiquitous.
I have a very similar issue. The Fortune Island Expansion Pack is installed but whenever I attempt to access it, the game brings me to microsoft store to install it. It says that it is installed but then when I try to play it in the game again, it brings me back to the store to install it again. I’ve rebooted the xbox and turned off applications multiple times.

I intalled Fortune Island in December but never went there in game. Today I try open it in game but it says click to install which takes me to Microsoft Store, I click install (even though its installed already) but it just gives me an error. Same $h1t since FH3, when is MS going to fix this crap for good??
