Can't connect to multiplayer servers?

Hello,

I’m not sure if this is the right place to post this but as of about a week ago I haven’t been able to connect to multiplayer, all other games work fine still.
When go to multiplayer the menu loads fine but if I try to do anything like create a private match or join a game it just sits on “Contacting game servers” for awhile before failing.

I’ve tried restarting the console and I’ve checked my connection and it’s fine. The issue is only with Forza.

You need to make sure that IPSec is enabled on your router.

Also, try changing the power settings under the options tab. If you have instant on checked un-check that box and automatic updates.

Then do a full reboot by holding down the power button on your xbox one.

Yeah letting IPSec through fixed it, thanks.

I did not have an ipsec seting on my router, I updated the port forwarding with the 3 from the bottom of the list and it worked. Xbox Support
