Can't Access the following

For some reason, the message centre is greyed out, i cannot access it and so are the Rivals, my club, and the marketplace!!

Anyone got any thoughts??

I didn’t see that there was one - normally my xbox just updates automatically - I have just started the update now so fingers crossed
