Hey all!
So I’m actually using a different account for playing Forza Horizon 3 on PC which I created when my main account had some kind of weird problems and I couldn’t play Forza Motorsport 6: Apex back in May. I have FH3 (and FM6: Apex) registered on that second account but there seems to be a problem with the online privacy settings and things like that.
I can play FH3 flawlessly but the online features are greyed out and have a lock symbol on them. When I select them, the game tells me they’re blocked by the settings in my Xbox account. When I go to my account on the Xbox website, I can’t access those settings, it keeps redirecting me to this site:

My main (first) account has no problems in that case and lets me change those settings. But those do not have any effect as it’s not the account I’m using for the game.
Looks like it’s telling me that my Microsoft account has a child status rather than a parent one. So my question to you guys is: How can I unlock my account to be fully accessible and how can I change those online Xbox settings to access the online features in FH3? I mean, I just created another Microsoft account, nothing else. Why is it restricted like that?
