so i bought Forza horizon 3 yesterday. today i was customizing a car when i wanted to add a design to it so i clicked on “find new designs” after that a error pops up that says “this feature is blocked per your xbox live perental control settings” so i contacted the support. he told me to go in to the “privacy settings” on the website. so i clicked there. instead of going to the privacy settings i went to “How to add a child to a family account” so then i made a new account and tried to do the same thing. and that worked fine. so on the new account i can access everything but on my old account with forza horizon 3 on it i cant access the privacy settings. he told me to make a topic on the forza motorsport forums so i did.
Wow lol you gotta love Microsoft support, they never take the blame even if its their issue. The parental controls have nothing to do with Forza at all. That’s all on Microsoft. They are just lazy. You should try to go to privacy settings on the site or find it on the console settings and try to change it there.
