Can DeBerti Designs, Forza Editions, B-J Cars, and Preorder Cars get their own manufacturer select?

I’ve been trying to clean out and organize my garage and noticed that cars that should be put in one category aren’t. Can this be added? Also make sure the manufacturer for FE cars is called “Horizon Festival”
