I don’t know why they don’t let you download even when the minimum requirements don’t meet, people want to test their PCs.

RAM - 8192MB
GPU - 960 2GB
CPU - i7-2600 @ 3,4GHz
OS - Windows 10 Home 64-bit (10.0, Build 10586)
