It simply won t let me download the game due to inappropriate hardware?!

i5-2320 @ 3GHz
8GB RAM
not best of best but should be good enouth… so I have no idea what the problem is… someone has help maybe?? 
i5-2320 → not DirectX12 so that might explain…
