Forza 6 Apex cant download please help me

Hi I am having issues with downloading Forza 6 Apex the Free+ button is grey and I have incredibly high end hardware

OS Windows 10
32gig ram
GTX 1080
i7-6800k
directx 12

everything its saying I require I surpass I just cant figure out why I cant download it.
Do I need Forza 6 on xbox one?

I have exactly the same problem!!! Its getting really annoying becuase I already tried to fix it for 2/3 hours but nothing works… My pc specs are also pretty good. I5 6600 and GTX 1070.
