Good day everyone!
So, there are news that Forza Horizon gonna reach it’s “End of Life” status at Oct. 20.
This means, that game and whole bunch of DLC’s for it gonna be deleted (kinda) from marketplace for those who still doesn’t have this game.
And, from some point of view, it’s not a big deal, right? I mean, this game was pretty popular and after giving it for free in GWG-program it became soooo popular, that it’s got even broke (but that’s a whole other story). So, i’m trying to say, that who wanted to get this awesome game - already got it.
BUT! There is another point of this situation.
From Sept. 13 there wasn’t a single man who could launch a “Rivals Mode” and … Well, it’s already not a good thing but there are also 2 achievements for this mode.
Oops.
So, yeah, i’m just curious - WHAT ABOUT A RIVALS MODE?
Is it ever going to work again or what?
I mean, they saing, quote:“Players who own Forza Horizon before that date will still be able to download and play the game and its associated content as normal.”
What does it mean, actually? It would be very nice to get a more like specificall answer to those few questions on forum, right?
In my point of view, it’s all about getting things fixed for those, who already have this game, cause what “NORMAL” could mean beside game beeing fully functioning.
But there is a second point of view - servers are going to be shuted down. Not cool though if it’s true.
Unfortunatelly, i don’t have any answers.
But wanted to have them as everyone else (whats a meaning of life, btw?).
Seems, that it is time to wait for Oct.20 to see what’s going to happen or wait for a more specific information about “normal status of game”.
Thank you for you time, anyway.
And for this amazing game, guys at Turn10/Playground Games. Hope this thing is gonna be fixed.
Love ya:*
