Horizon Promo includes the special editions of the same car, like the pre-order 458 and therefore is not an accurate indicator of how many Ferraris are in the game.

Ahahah, yes, this is very true, but i also think that all the Ferraris ever should be no brainers.
there will be 6 of 7 more car packs perhaps it will come. They can’t have every single car in the world that people want, it just is not possible and probably already decided what they will be in future packs.
Probably it’s due to the fact that the Chiron is already earmarked to be a major contender in Grand Turismo 7, whenever they decide to finish the game! I don’t car for the Chiron, but I suppose that PGGames/Turn10 can’t have all the goodied in this game! Perhaps in FM7!
It may not be licencing issues because Buggatti is already in the game However I have a feeling that Bugatti Chiron may be the cover car for FM7
Licensing is usually for each individual vehicle, not for the manufacturer as a whole, so while there may already be cars from that manufacturer ingame, doesn’t mean they’re able to add every car from that manufacturer.

Well considering they had the gran turismo concept car and the Chiron are basically the same thing it’s either the Chiron can’t be available to Microsoft for so long
Bugatti hasn’t had one fully tested yet either no top speed runs or anything like that

Do you mean they haven’t tested it with the limiter off cause there’s review vids all over the place saying it’s electronically limited top speed.
Correct - they are still unsure of the safety of the tyres at max velocity.
I thought Gran Turismo had an exclusive license for that car.

The Gran Turismo version is way cooler than the reg chiron mainly because it looks insane.

I don’t think it would be because of licensing seeing as though the Veyron is in the other games and the EB110. i wish they would add it in cause it would be cool to see what kind of mods you can do to it. Also they should remaster the old games (fm4 and fh1)

Think of it this way. Which forza game did the veyron debut in? The answer is none of the horizon games. The original veyron debuted in either fm(forza motorsport) or fm2 and the veyron ss debuted in either fm3 or fm4. I remember first seeing the veyron ss in fm4 but it could have debuted in fm3 for all ik I never played any of the forza games before fm4. I’m just guessing based on the years the veyron and the veyron ss came out to the public in irl. So I agree I think they are saving the cheyron for fm7 cause they want to debut the bugatti’s in a fm game before a fh(forza horizon) game to keep the tradition they originally started with the original veyron. That’s how I see it at least. Again I’m just guessing like everyone else and don’t know for sure.
