Unpaintable lower body section.
Lower body section (lower front bumper, side skirt, rear diffuser, rear bumper, rear bumper insert) are all unpaintable and won’t change with any Paint Group.
Either should be a part of “Paint Group 2” or a new Paint Group as it can’t be painted and also can’t be covered with decals.
This is unfortunately the norm for carbon parts. The only exceptions that I can remember are the BMW M4 GTS where the carbon roof is actually paintable in the editor and the back of the new Porsche 935.

Which is funny because BMW won’t paint carbon roof, however Bugatti will gladly paint those bits any color you want lol.

You nailed this one. The rear section where the taillights are can be painted in real life. Bugattis are rarely clear-carbon like Koenigseggs or Paganis.
The current setup in the game makes the car look cheap and base-model option-ish.

There’s actually quite a few Chirons painted blue clearcoat. But yeah, in game it genuinely feels like they just forgot to add those parts as “paint group 4” or something like that.
