Just beat the horizon finale but it says my bucket list progress is only 15/30? Thanks.
On the main menu, under I think the Progress tab, there should be a tile for Bucket List. Select that and then make the second list your active list, it will then replace the first list’s items with the second’s on your map.
As a bit of advice, the second list contains three or four events that are quite challenging and will force you to rethink your approach. The provided route is not always the best way.

Don’t know if anyone else is having this issue.
I have done 15 bucket lists and I can’t find any more to do even though there are thirty am I missing something? I think I’m more than 50% complete now.

When do these become active? I already won the horizon championship and still nothing.
I have completed 15 bucket list challenges that are on my map, i’m trying to get the ‘Rest in Peace’ achievement where you have to ‘Complete every Solo Bucket List Challenge’ but there are no more bucket list challenges on my map? Can someone please help explain this to me?

In the pause menu, go over to the Progress Tab.
There you will find a dedicated Bucket List tile, enter it.
Within you will find a bucket List #1 and a Bucket List #2, press x to select your active Bucket List.
Bucket List challenges are active once you drive past the first one and do the tutorial. you can do them at any time.

I has hoping to offer more possible solutions, but you guys beat me to it! I’m eager to see what kind of twisted missions the 3rd Bucket List will hold.

Me and my room mate are having a bit of an issue i think. He is farther than I and he just completed the 2nd finale. But only 15 of the 30 challenges are showing up still. Does anyone know when the other 15 will show up? Or if we are missing something that would explain why. Thanks

The map gets pretty cluttered as is, might have just been a good way to remove 15 icons from it?
I’ve completed the first 15 bucket list stunts, got the achievement, now I need to complete the other 15 for the last achievement, but the remaining 15 will not show up. I’ve been everywhere, driven all the roads, smashed all the reward boards, driven every race, got all the barn finds, became the Horizon champion, but the rest of the BLS are no where to be seen. Am I supposed to do something in particular to get them to show up?! There needs to be a treasure map on the Xbox One version.

This is the answer.
Press menu button, progress, bucket list and go to the side that has 0/15 and press X.
And by this, he/she means you have to pause the game, go to the progress tab (if I remember correctly), click the bucket list tile, then highlight the second set of 15 bucket list challenges and hit the ‘X’ button.
