Make it possible in Free Play to race against cars in whatever PI range we want during race set up from 100-999 rather than forcing us to race against cars with similar PI as us.
This used to be possible in this game, but it was a bug. A very fun bug, at that. But rather than fix bugs that made the game worse they fixed bugs that made it better 
The way it used to work was if you made a race with class options of 999 to 999 & your car wasn’t in that class, all the AI opponents car would be that class (obviously), and you’d get a message about how your car wasn’t eligible. Now, if you then tweaked the class restriction to 100 to 998 (or whatever specifics you wanted that your car was in) ANY cars from ALL of those classes would spawn in!
All of my favorite races were from these crazy randomized hodgepodges of hot hatches racing against hyper cars, racing against 60s muscle cars. But of course it seems like silly fun isn’t the name of the game this time around, so they removed it, replaced it with auto-upgraded cars & I haven’t played since.
