Bring back old Multi-Class from before Update 21

Appearantly this mutliclass series is now rotating with other multiclass series, like from the Porsche update. This was an intentional change:

No Multiclass racing in Multiplayer

In the new Multiplayer lobby rotation there is always a multi-class lobby available at any given time. The ‘Multi-Class Series’ is just one of many different multi-class multiplayer events we have created. Currently the active multi-class series is the 20th Anniversary Series. The actual ‘Multi-Class Series’ is in the rotation with all other multi-class Series, including the ‘Road to Race Series’, ‘Porsche Multi-Class Series’, and several others. I really want the ABCS to be permanent as it is by far my favourite series to race in!
