Appears to be suggesting that fewer new cars would be a fair trade-off for having all the previous cars right from the start.

Not everybody has played every Forza Horizon game or they might not have got some of these returning cars. I’ve played the games but enjoy many of these returning cars so I’m happy they’re back. It’s not always about just you.

Ah, so just another way to say “I want everything unlocked from the start and don’t want to do any progression”. Gotcha.
