I was blocked from the horizon storefront for some reason and i’m not really sure why, i always made sure not to put anything for sale that was bad or innapropriate, i had emailed about this issue but i was never responded to, I’d just like a reason as to why i was banned and have it lifted.
Correct, banned for seven days (168 hours) from the time placed by Turn 10 employees for profanity in violation of the Xbox Live Code of Conduct. It is inappropriate to use a four-letter B-word in relation to “Me!” which is covered under CONTENT IN XBOX LIVE by the regulations, including but not limited to:
"Content that could harm or harass a person, including yourself, or an animal. For example:
Profane words or phrases
Suicide-related content
(Note: the examples below are just a few examples of the type of behavior prohibited by the Microsoft Code of Conduct. Just because something isn’t on this list doesn’t mean it’s OK.)
Negative speech (including hate speech or threats of harm) directed at people who belong to a group, including groups based on race, ethnicity, nationality, language, gender, age, disability, veteran status, religion, or sexual orientation/expression
“Noise”, which is excessive speech intended to interfere with or disrupt another person’s or group’s ability to enjoy a game or app on Xbox Live
Content showing or promoting animal abuse"
Sending an email to the developers at forzafb@microsoft.com is the correct move, however because of the volume received, you probably will not receive a reply prior to your ban’s expiration.
