Why am I banned?

Yesterday I received a strange message in FH3 saying I was banned. I took a screenshot made a post to your Facebook page asking why?. I hadn’t heard anything back so today while painting I go to upload my design I find out I can not. This is the reason I have been banned. I made several tweets to your twitter page and have yet again to receive a message as to why I was banned. Obviously your banning system is automated and no live actual human goes over the case before a ban is implemented. Congrats on supporting a community of [Mod Edit - Abbreviated profanity, profanity and profanity that is disguised but still alludes to the words are not permitted - D] bags.

Bans adjudicated by Turn 10 employees are for violations of the Microsoft Code of Conduct for such items like the pedophile enticement “FREE CANDY” livery you created and posted to the Design area:

"CONTENT IN XBOX LIVE

What is considered content in Xbox Live?

Content is anything you create, share, use, or promote that another person could see or hear or otherwise experience, like Gamertags, profile information, in-game content, and videos.

What are examples of content that is prohibited in Xbox Live?

(Note: the examples below are just a few examples of Content prohibited by the Microsoft Code of Conduct. Just because something isn’t on this list doesn’t mean it’s OK.)

Content involving illegality. For example:
Gambling, piracy, child pornography, obscenity, or criminal activity
Underage drinking, illegal drug use, or socially irresponsible behavior connected with drug use (e.g., drinking and driving)
Terrorism (e.g., bomb or other weapon making instructions)
Information that could help identity thieves (e.g., government-issued identification number)
Content that is controversial. For example:
Sexual, provocative, pornographic, or adult content
Violent content
Controversial religious content
Anything involving notorious people or organizations
Anything involving sensitive events, current or historical"

Neither bans nor the enforcement of the regulations by Turn 10 employees are discussed on these forums. You’ve already posted your questions in media sections, so sending an email to forzafb@Microsoft.com would be redundant and receive nothing immediate except an automated response. Multiplicity of messages does not speed up any response.
