I’ve just been banned from clubs, auction house, and multiplayer myself with no explanation of why I was banned. If I’ve done something against the rules it was completely unintentional and would love to know what I did wrong to prevent being banned in the future. Oh also I had just sent a 1m credit car to be auctioned and it has now dissapeared with no credits in its place. Pretty mad about that.
The explanation is knowing what the rules are - which you and everyone else with Xbox Live accounts attest knowing and agreeing to abide by in the Microsoft Code of Conduct.
For example:

Posting Vinyls saying every male should expose his private parts “for Harambe” is a violation. Not allowed. Remember, FH3 and all the other Forza series of games are rated “E for Everyone” which means children play. Doing what you suggested in the super market, school grounds or on public streets would get you arrested. Consider yourself in solitary for doing that in the game.
Neither bans nor the enforcement of the regulations by Turn 10 employees are discussed on these forums. You may send them an email at forzafb@microsoft.com if you wish, but will probably only receive an automated response before your ban expires, directly you with links back to these forums.
