Has any one found a way to trigger the barn find,it’s my last achievement to get for blizzard mountain,any suggestions would be greatly appreciated,thanks
Mine never popped either. I think??? I think it’s because I bought the barn find car from the auto show not even realizing it was the barn find car. Didn’t figure a barn find car would be in the auto show.
I have the same problem - out of interest did you pic up the car from the DLC as well?
I did and I’m wondering if the Barn Find isn’t popping because I already have the car?

I’ve heard of people getting the barn find to show up, despite having purchased from within the DLC cars menu, but I haven’t tested it myself.
I can confirm this, since I still got the barn find notification to appear relatively quickly even though I got the barn find for free from the DLC Cars menu.
I purchased it first and the barn find popped later.
Mine popped after searching for a public co-op campaign game.
I will research for other solutions.
Does anyone without the barnfind have notifications turned off in the hud/gameplay menu?
Just checked and mine is on. As long as I have the car though it’s no big deal to me. Just strange that I never got the rumor. Have 160 stars and spent a lot of time up there so it isn’t a time issue.
Other thing on my console the BM expansion got installed before the 12/13 update…
I had BM installed before the update, and also got the Scout before the barn find popped. But mine did pop well before I completed the Blizzard Mountain.
I “purchased” the barn find car for free since it was sitting in my DLC section with the other cars. Eventually (after what seemed like an eternity), I did get the notification of a barn. I believe this was after I completed Round 5 or 6 of King of the Mountain - though it might have been later.
End result - I had every DLC car from the beginning of Blizzard Mountain and have two of the barn find cars.
Thanks for the info folks… Looks like all the things I thought might have caused it have happened to other people and they still got it… Oh well it looks like it’s going to be 3490/3500 then

I’ve completed all the rounds and the final kingmaker and the barn find so hasn’t popped up for me. Think I have about 120/160 stars. What car is it? If it was in the DLC menu I definitely picked it up from there.
It’s the 1970 International Harvester Scout 800A.
Notifications are ON in mine , Career Privacy is set to invite only…
I’m 50% through the championships achievement on BM… after that only the BF and Co-op to do but co-op isn’t looking promising based on yesterdays experiences…
I got the update first and the BM add-on after. Before entering the BM area I downloaded the new cars from Autoshow filtering for ‘not owned’ and ‘affordable’.
Nevertheless, I got the barn find while cruising around and exploring the 50 roads in BM. In the main game I got the barn finds rather fast by just free-roaming, too. Hope that helps you.
Another morning without the BM BF appearing… sold the scout I had… drove around in all sorts of vehicle in solo and online…
Time to face reality (if there is such a thing in a game) that it’s not going to happen and I’ll never get those 10 gamer points… 480/500 as of now… and 1480/1500 for the whole game…
Alright I beat Blizzard Mountain today. 160/160 stars. Got the “prize” (don’t want to spoil it) and still no barn find has popped up for me.
I have all DLC packs, but don’t remember seeing the Harvester Scout. I definitely haven’t driven one and don’t recognize it from the car choices in the blizzard mountain exhibition races.
Come to think about it, the blacked out car in my barn finds menu looks like a sedan. Maybe I’m wrong, but the shape of the car doesn’t look like the Scout.
Idk what’s real any more lol
