HORSEPOWER CHALLENGE brought to you by BIGTIME MUSCLE
A new Challenge Series for the Forza 4 community - YOU pick your cars to compete with !!
This is a new monthly Challenge Series - Each month, we will set a HP range - you choose ANY car (with monthly exceptions) - you build/tune car WITHIN the chosen HP range and compete in a a two leg timed competition. 20 laps at a chosen speedway and 10 circuit laps at a circuit track from the same location. Replays must be saved and times from both legs will be combined to determine over all winner and finishers.
Participants must run the event with “HORSEPOWER CHALLENGE” LOGO on their car - sides or top/hood - available for free download at koolIROCZ1967 storefront - rates appreciated if you deem worthy ;]
You must run the same car for both legs - builds/tunes will obviously need to be changed - but same car must be used
You will race “online” and set your lap numbers - YOU MUST RUN SOLO - no AI cars allowed
Save replays from both legs and label “HP2 Speedway” and “HP2 Circuit”
Participants must post their chosen car - HP rating - Speedway time - Circuit time
ex. Murcielago LP670-4 SV - 661 Hp
Speedway - XX:XX.XXX
Circuit - XX:XX.XXX
IF you update your time with a different car - your previous time will be eliminated - only 1 car and time allowed at any given time during the competition.
Times will be combined and totaled - and winners determined.
CONVERSIONS are allowed - cars must remain with the chosen HP range/class chosen.
NO RACE CARS - “CONCEPTS” or SPECIAL EDITION “COMPETITION” MODELS
Winner will receive 200 million credits - 2nd place - 150 million - 3rd - 100 million - rest of the participants will receive 25 million each - most “off the wall” car chosen - 50 million credits
There will also be a monthly Photo comp within the Challenge - 1st - 100 million - 2nd 75 million - 3rd - 50 million and of course, Honorable Mentions.
For our SECOND Challenge we have decided on 350 - 390 Horsepower - Class A - cars must be within the horsepower range and remain within the A class
Exceptions for this Challenge and ARE NOT ALLOWED - 05 Honda NSX-R - 05 Acura NSX - Alfa 33 Stradale - 05 NSX-RGT - 02 BMW M3-GTR - 80 Lotus Esprit Turbo - 97 Honda Civic
Possibilities for this challenge are still numerous - have fun testing and running to find ‘The One’ ;]

Speedway - 20 laps
Grand Prix Circuit - 10 laps
Competition ending FRIDAY - Oct 16 at midnight EST
