Best All Around Cars for each Class

Hey, I just need some help. Eveyones car in online adventure was flat out better than mine. Just wondering if there are any clear cut best car in each class for online adventure. Thanks!

There isn’t exactly any DEFINITE best all around car, but from my experiences the 2015 Camaro maxed out (S2 960), the 2017 Nissan GT-R at the top of S1, A800 Rally Fighter and an S1 2017 Ford Focus RS are all great.

It seems like you haven’t done any rivals events yet. S1 is mostly dominated by the very 2005 Impreza with a V8 swap and A class is domiated by V8 EVOs and V8 Subarus. Not saying this as an suggestion to the op, just pointing out like in other threads some people already have that this games PI system is horribly balanced compared to other Forza games (we are talking about a 1-3 seconds difference on many circuits, a good example is that Circuit event in the outback)

Everyone is always looking for the best allround cars but it is way more fun to try to build a car yourself which suits you, its very satisfying when it turns out to be a good car! I personally build a Megane rs awd with a rally engine, great allround a class car, just try it out.

Too early to tell. Just too many cars and too many possible builds. When I first started playing online in H2 I thought everybody’s car was better than mine too. Then I got better and it wasn’t the cars at all

Not sure all round is very easy at this point. I do find SatNiteEduardo’s cross country Cars work well as all round cars. Might want to check some of those out.

In S2 for handling versus all out speed I like Zonda, and #3 vette by raceboy, and Huracan HE by PTG Jamie.

Infidel has some really good Talley tunes as well.
Not sure who’s tune the 99 lancer I use in A class but it accelerates awesome. (Probably HLR infidel or ERS guys)

Mesasphere as an S1 Rally fighter that is wicked fast in cross country events.

Don Joewon Song has some real nice tunes as well. Been using his Austin vantage not sure specific name but it is The only extreme track toy by Aston and doing well on handling tracks as a change form using scooby all the time. He has number of create tunes.

Just use perk for free upgrades and try some out. See who you like. Follow some people and race have fun.

Lots to choose from and lots of different circuits. So this is just tip of iceberg. But you can’t go wrong in any of the above and there are plenty more great tuners and vehicles. I’m still working my way to 100% so I’m in higher classes currently as it equates to shorter lap times but I really like the lower classes in FM6, saving that for bit later

I noticed pretty much the same. Does not matter which car I pick everyone else and their cousins are faster than me. For me it’s probably the tuning that is the problem. I’ve auto tuned my cars to the top of a suitable class, but nothing more. I consider tuning the most boooring part of FH3. I just wanna race.

auto tuning is the worst. if you don’t want to do the tuning, load a tune that someone else has spent time on and you’ll beat all the AI drivatars. just make sure you have the perk for free upgrades.
as for best all round car, the Huracan HE at S1 is pretty good, so is the XJ220 HE and the Supra HE.

I have to agree with the post on the subie and the Evos was in a lobby today and was getting outhandled and powered by multiple 04 subie in lobbies in my peugeot on the offroad/cross country which is capable of top 100s on most of em not to mentioned the numerous amount of them at the top on some road track

as for S2 the Viper is a great handling choice while the Huaryra BC is solid allrounder otherwise my experience there is limited

The gap between top ten and top 100 is ginormous in this game at the moment. Not many quick drivers have done all leaderboards in good cars.

There are some dark horse cars out there that will compete with the evos and wrxs on some tracks but not many.

I was beating everyone with an A800 Bronco, mostly it’s a perfectly balanced tune that matters

I find A and B to be sort of a no-man’s land in FH3. Either I stay in D and C (Maserati barn find at D500 and Ferrari Dino at C600 are the faves) or I go to the S classes. I’ve been hearing (like from the above post) that SUVs are strong in A. I’m not a fan of family carriers or farm machinery in racing. But I guess I’ll have to give them a try, see if I can get a bit more hands-on with A.

Edit: I should add that I race buggies in B and A, but I don’t do that too often. They’re fun, but too easy to flip.

I find this interesting since I have found the Maserati and the Dino to be 2 of the bigger dogs of the barn finds especially the Dino. For me the Ferrari 166, Dodge Daytona, Ford Falcon and the Holden Sandman are the real lower class standouts and the Monaro and the 46 Woody both seem to have potential. I love barn finds typically and have several multiples I bought in the auction house and like to build them out in multiple ways.

I’ve also been messing around with C-class rockets (V12 swaps in muscle cars, basically). Put on some decent rubber on those, and they jump 2 classes to the top of A. No, I was talking about circuit racing against AI, where the class and car category determine what you’re up against. Neither the Dino nor the Maserati are going to scorch the Earth against human competition without category restrictions. They’re just very balanced circuit performers in their category. I like how they behave, and how I can grossly outpace the field with a good job of maintaining speed around the twisties.

What classes and what kind of tracks?

Generally balanced builds don’t work because they are too slow. Power and awd are your friends.

100% agree with you. Power and AWD is a must if you want an all rounder build.

Meyers Manx in D is untouchable by anything the AI selects in this class. I realized how strong it was when I couldn’t beat a rival with anything that I had. It was a Manx. I had one that I had tuned to B700 just for fun. Putting the stock rubber back on brought it back down to D. The engine is the 2L turbo swap, which is lighter than the stock. I swapped in the AWD drivetrain, then had to take the upgrades off the engine (but I didn’t have to go back to the weak stock motor), and I had to narrow down the tires as well. I was able to add rally springs along with the rest of the handling goodies and the racing tranny, which helped a lot, particularly on dirt. It’s quite drifty, but after lowering the suspension just a bit, I found it easy to get used to. With 8.7 launch and acceleration, nothing can stay near it off the line, and some careful navigation through the checkpoints leaves the field far behind.

I’ve been creating “anything goes” blueprints all evening for exhibitions and even one championship. I totally destroy all comers in this thing, which the AI never chooses for itself. Handles well on dirt, and is manageable with practice on pavement. Great cockpit view too.

In this game power is king. I am always in the top 3 places with these base stats. Not for Novices
S2 you need over 1000hp with a minimum of 8.5 handling and around 270mph for a top speed.
S1 you need over 700hp with a minimum of 7.7 handling and around 230mph for a top speed.
A you need over 500hp with a minimum of 6.2 handling and around 220mph for a top speed.
B you need over 400hp with a minimum of 5.5 handling and around 200mph for a top speed.
C you need over 300hp with a minimum of 4.8 handling and around 190mph for a top speed.

Yea I use base stats similiar to those ^ on all my cars, I dont like anything too slidey so for A I tend to use handling at 6.7 but still decent acceleration. I have a rolls royce dawn which ive beaten people with and with an Jag MK2, have an S1 Rally fighter which ive only beaten people in street races, its more about build, tuning can be done after

may not be a BEST CAR but from what i do i recommend building your own it will look like you want it to and it will be as good as you make it (and as good a driver you are)
