Being locked out of Auction house & Clubs

Hi,

I’ve been experiencing a problem ever since I picked up the game.
The Auction House and Clubs buttons are blacked out and I have no way of accessing them.
At first I thought it had to do with parental controls but since i’m 18 that should not be the problem.

Hi

I have been experiencing an annoying issue ever since I bought the game.
The auction house and clubs are blacked out in the menu so I can’t use them.
Other features like custom paintjobs,etc. dont work either.
My account is 18+ so parental control should not be a problem (PC)
