When you are in your garage you should be able to choose the package/level for your vehicle

Chevy Scottsdale
Chevy Silverado
Chevy Cheyenne
it would be fantastic if they just added the base spec of each car in to the game and then let you buy a preset for the specific trim, yea. argues with people on the forums a lot that its better to have the base spec since you can always upgrade it, or that we dont need another (insert car) because we already have an identical model but with a different engine config.
the way the handle it now is so infuriating, because yea sure it bumps up the numbers for how many cars are in the game, but it seriously damages the the customisation you can do to them. so many cars could be removed by consolidating them in to a couple of cars instead.
