Yesterday I was playing Froza Horizon 3 and It said i was banned from the Auction House and Wrap Downloader. I didn’t check if I could go online but my guess I’m banned from that too. I read the terms of use and did no break any I went to file a claim on the Enforcement and Activity feature on Microsoft.com and it said I had no active bans to file a claim for. Please help!
I too got a ban but I believe mine was for a Decal I made and accidentally shared I read the message and it said i was banned until 10-10-2016 Well its 10-11-2016 and they have not lifted the ban… and it says i have no active bans when trying to file a claim
It didn’t tell me anything about the ban it just says I’m banned I Auction a car I made which is a replica of the real Josh Kalis Speed Society Chevy Camro and i lost that due to the ban I was auctioning it for 4 million start and 8 million buy out and I think someone reported it but there was nothing on the car that broke the ToS I emailed forzafb@microsoft.com for help on this just now waiting to hear back from them
