so quick question if someone can help me resolve this or give me pointers lol anything is greatly appreciated.
I got banned about 3 months ago now I believe for 30 days as a message in my news feed says āYour gamertag has been banned from this featureā I wait for the 30 days np but today when I logged on (sat, may 7/16) it says in banned until 2036 with the same reason
Would I need to change my gamertag in order to get back into forza online or, I have never done a race online nor am I ever in a group or community roomās, lol. W.e you guys would call it all Iām saying is I donāt race online. I just use the auction house once every 2 months or so, I donāt buy cars Iāll just sell a couple of mine that Iāve tuned and modded myself that I donāt use anymore having 40 cars or so and try to make a little bit of income as it seems like everyone is. I donāt charge absurd amounts I dont use decals or graphics at all, I believe the car looks perfectly without graphics so no infringement or copyright stuff. I honestly just want my 8 cars back that I had on auctionhouse because I think I had atleast 1 or 2 expensive ones and hopefully I can be back online D:
Anyways turn10, thank you so much for 8 years and going of forza enjoyment and making me realize in the real world how to kind of tune cars suspension wise lol. I love how we can rev match, use heel toe tactics & initially use driving techniques in real life on the game. You guys rock, please help me someone lol thank you for reading this. :DDD
You are permanently banned from the game for illegally altering a car you attempted to sell on the Auction House. The ban is for 20 years because what was done to the car is not available as an alteration intended by the developers, meaning it is not only a violation of the Xbox Live Code of Conduct but the intellectual (protected) rights of the developers.
You may send an email to Turn 10, which administers the regulations for Xbox Live. Have patience, they receive lots of emails.
Neither bans nor the enforcement of the rules are discussed on these forums.
