So I got a message saying I had a 160h (week) long ban on Forza but absulutely no explanation except saying refer to terms and conditions (yes which part?!?).
Upon looking at the section ‘I received a message stating that my Gamertag has been banned. What did I do wrong?’ on the page http://www.forzamotorsport.net/en-us/support it states:
I have emailed forzafb@microsoft.com MULTIPLE times to try and get a reason for the ban but have not yet received a reply. I have also contacted XBOX Live Support but they could not directly assist but promised they could not do much except chase up Moderators for Forza (T10?!?). Since no reply to my emails as per instructions on the support page, posting this to get advice on what next steps I can follow to ensure I get an answer to why I was banned so I can avoid a repeat in future at my perile.
(1) you illegally modified the livery outside the scope of available colors, and attempted to sell the item.
(2) you were crashing racers intentionally (bad sportsmanship, unacceptable).
Your ban is actually 168 hours (7 days x 24 hours) from the time it was placed. The timer in the message counts down.
