Not sure where to turn I have tried emailing forzafb@microsoft.com, and it has an automated reply stating its unlikely to be read ’ Due to the volume of mail we receive, we cannot individually respond to all e-mails sent to us’, I called the Xbox support team listed on the Forza ban website on the Xbox website and they lead me to this forum.
This is essentially the email I sent:
"Firstly let me apologize for which ever decals were the offending ones, I do understand that they were a bit over the top now, and I should not have created them. I simply saw something that did not appear to be there yet (funny license plates numbers) and didn’t think my choices through very well.
After receiving the message stating I was banned until the 23/02/2016 I though long and hard about my actions, I understand fully why it was placed, in fact i tried in vain to remove the offending material, however as that aspect was locked I could not.
It is now the 24/02/2016 and the message stating I was banned until the 23/02/2016 has been removed from my inbox, yet the ban still remains. This ban not only prevents me from being able to play the full experience including others decals, paint jobs, etc, but also prevents me from having a club, and any/all gifts from forza hub. In addition there is a cruel reminder of my action causing my current predicament every time a buy a car with my credits, and even after 100% completing the Fast and the furious expansion I did not get my gift car promised.
I would gladly never create and share any decals again, please consider lifting the ban. I have learnt my lesson, and as soon as it were to be lifted I will delete every decal shared, which was what I had been counting down the minutes to do for the last 7 days."
The ban is now two days overdue, no messages, no replies
Any ideas?
