Please can you tell me how I can change my avatar image used on forums as it is extremely out of date?

As far as I know, you can only change it if you still have an Xbox 360. When you update your gamerpic on it, it’s reflected here. I’m not sure when/if it will be updated to include Xbox One gamerpics.
