The description for the challenge is incorrect. You actually need to get three stars at one Speed Trap. The best place to do this is probably Astmoor (140 MPH), with a suitable tune.
yes, you must have 3 stars in one try to pass this part of the weekly forzathon.
My theory is you have to get 3 stars in 1 trial, not in multiple runs. I think that is true because one member of the Forza racing network did that.
I have found it useful to upgrade the truck fully on the stock engine as it keeps it in A Class and then tuning it for extreme oversteer by adjusting the alignment and anti roll bars settings. This greatly improves the handling.
Of course, you might still need to reduce difficulty. I managed to complete the three races in the average-above average setting depending on the race.

So, the Forzathin challenge part 2 of the MB Truck says get a total of 3 stars at Spped Traps, but I’ve gotten 6 across 2 traps, and it isn’t popping. What gives? I need to finish this for the 80 percent complete.
Another speed trap you can 3 star with the truck is Calton Hill, but I had to approach from the coast across the grass, and it still wasn’t easy, I only beat the 3 star mark by 2-3mph. Astmoor is much easier, though, only take on Calton Hill if you want a tougher challenge!

Why in the world does everyone only use the awful race truck for the Trial? Just use the damn Unimog, it is light years faster, even with the same engine as the race truck and weighing 5,000lbs more, and infinitely more enjoyable to drive. Plus it actually handles well! Let’s not mention the fact that it IS a rally championship.

So true, i also used Unimog and won all races really easily.
Unimog all day. Had to do the Trial twice because nobody knew how to drive in the first attempt. Still, gave me 6 easy wins.
I uploaded a tune called ‘Truck Trial’. It’s not the fastest thing off the line but you’ll soon be flying past everyone else like they’re standing still as soon as you hit the dirt.

Did all these with stock except winning #Weekly Forzathon tasks. Got stuck in 3rd challenge but will get that tomorrow. It’s 3 stars from single Speed trap.
Lowered difficulty for M-B Truck Street Races in #Weekly Forzahon uptaded to A something, tried to tune to reduce understeering with poor success. Second information that Coastal Rush Street might be on easier side for getting those wins for. Surprisingly Marathon was where I gained most lead to Drivatars.
Did Trial with stock M-B truck. Team win for us on first try but worst Trial for ages for me. Won 1st but did quite badly in two others.
Did Champs on Pro with stock vehicles.
Recommend Senna or 720s for McLaren event. Senna is easier to drive and I think much more competitive on higher difficulty.
Used '09 Mercedes-Benz SL 65 AMG Black Series to win FR-Championship. Gearing may get some time to get used to.
The Sky is the Limit Championship was my favourite. Used '93 Skyline for this, easy wins. These cars have just amazing handling through the generations.
Did all PR Stunts with Bugatti Veyron SS tuned to X. I recommend lighter cars with better handling though.
Got stuck in the air in weekly Playground Game in my first effort. I recall this has happened to me earlier there, does that happen to many players. Had to quit and restart the event. Good team on second try though.
Chevy Impala is quite fun to drive. One of the better reward cars IMO, also nice that we had one of those super expensive Classic Racers (Bugatti) in reward list. Haven’t tried it yet though.
I recommend the AWD Unimog. It has less understeer than the M-B race truck, and was particularly dominant in the two scramble events.

Absolutely enjoyed the trial this week. Didn’t know I could have that much fun in a B665 Unimog. Used my own tune of course, won all 3 races and the only person to cross the finish line on the last race. Smoked the AI and my team
I just use the cheat blueprints for weekly race challenges, not worth the effort and time. Unless I really love the vehicle type, like the abarth rally challenges a few weeks ago.
I got a pretty good 700 tune for the Tank Pool. Won the 3 street races without much trouble. Judging by the comments I’ll use the Unimog for the trial though.
For some reason i cant do the second task on the Forzathon this week. Till now i won five street races in the Mercedes truck but they just dont count. I had the same problems months ago with a different Forzathon task that finally worked after countless tries.
Is there anything special to know about the task? Or is it again just a bug?
