Hello turn 10
I have just started playing forza 4 I think it’s a fantastic game so far but there seems to be a problem with online access? My friend has sent me a few cars to get started which I wish to accept Iam just wondering when the servers will be back up and running cheers guys :)!!

This is my xbox from brand new it just says servers temporarily unavailable I have only just started playing forza 4 I can get online and race but there’s no catagories just quick race and user created race.
And there’s no possible way I could of been banned Iam only level 13 I think and only have 10k and about 12 cars that have been given to me by levelling up. Iam just confused and I want to explore the forza 4 auction house and storefront but can’t seem too?
My brothers account is on the same xbox and I think he is banned but how would it be fair if mine gets banned too? Anyway his GT is vn Twisty if that helps thanks guys

You need to contact Turn 10 via email at forzafb@microsoft.com. If an account is permanently banned, including a console ban, any gamertags on that console will be permanently banned also. Include ALL gamertags which have played on the Xbox 360 in your email.
Then have patience. It takes time for Turn 10 to investigate.
I don’t understand why they don’t answer. I sent two e-mails and got the same reply. . Would be nice to talk to a real person. .
im having the same problem for about a months now and nobody have been able to actually explain or fix my problem at all. my internet is perfect server and all that but still nothing. so im with u ice man, it would be nice to talk to sumbody that actually know and that work on this.
