I have a feeling that the car design I have made is not seen by others during multiplayer. Instead of this they might see ‘random’ design by someone else on my car. Could someone confirm is my assumption right? Generally designs you can see during races are on quite good level but majority of us probably is not that good designer. So I started to think that designs you see, are those which are shared and maybe somewhat popular ones.
Turn 10. For the past week, everyone is having the issue of not being able to see others vinyl work and paint jobs. It started to happen with the last update and we’re all hoping that you will please fix this soon. It’s very unfortunate to not see everyone’s creative hard work shine. Please we’d love to see our art rather than blank canvases.

Sadly no. I wish turn ten would fix the issue
Also the paint everyone else can see is the stock factory paint you first bought the car as
Not sure either but based on career and lobbies i would have to guess that no they usually are not visible. In my races there are 1 or 2 liveries only. Rest of the cars are stock paint. Includes lobbies.
^Thanks for the reply both of you! So the idea is that vinyls and paintings done are visible to others but currently those are not shown correctly (due to bugs…).
It’s probably intentional due to “mature content”…
It’s right up there with AI in private mp lobbies im sure.
Working as intended.
No it isn’t, it’s a glitch. Some people can see people’s paints while others can’t and it will only show the default color of the car. T10 on Twitter apparently said they recognize the issue and are working on a fix.
This makes sense but then sharing designs could include “unwanted content” as well. So at least there must be some sort of moderation behind. Need to check if design is shared, does it affect how others sees the car then.
