My friends can’t see decals on my car, nor can i see theirs… Why not? Will this ever get fixed?

Are you talking about on line ?
If so it has been said if you use a vehicle straight off it will show the design, If you change car mid game it does not.
Give it a go.
Yes if you go into free roam the others in the group should be able to see the paint job of the car you start off with.
But once you change cars no one can see the paint job.
It’s one of the things I really thought they would fix but never have.
Also in Playground sometimes you can see the others paint then other times you can’t.
