This could be just visual glitch, I see it often. Closing Festival Playlist screen and entering it again solves the issue in my case 
That’s the other thing I like about these types of cars: the “stock” racing liveries are usually well done.
So initially looking at the Risi Ferrari… Has semi-slicks -0.19 under stock, drift, rally, snow and drag. AWD and ralllies puts it at 871pi. Has the racing v12 and 6.3 v12 hybrid. Og engine has cams, turbo and restrctor plate.

The Vasser Sullivan Lexus has the same tires, engines are different, racing 3L I6, 4.8 V10, 6.5 V12, racing V12 and 7.2 racing V8.
The M8 has the same tires, just turbo and restrictor plate, the 5.2 V10 and racing 3L I6. I had been expecting it to be the same as the Ferrari.

Have a feeling the GT3 cars will be good for s1 HMC style tracks but that’s about it. No dirt option without Off-roads available.
These are all extreme track toys so they should be popular choices for the upcoming seasonal championship.
